At EuropaForwards, we offer two convenient options to help you save money and simplify your shipping process: Package Consolidation and Combine & Re-Packaging Services.
By taking advantage of these services, you can enjoy the benefits of shopping in Germany and European Union while minimizing shipping expenses for multiple items. Our consolidation and Combine & Re-Packaging services are designed to help you save on fees for multiple shipments. When you place multiple orders to our forwarding warehouse, we can hold your items for up to 60 days and offer the options of consolidating or Re-Packaging them into a single shipment, saving you money on multiple shipping fees.
Consolidation and Combine & Re-Packaging are two separate options that provide cost-saving solutions for multiple shipments. You can choose either of these options when ordering several packages to our warehouse. We offer complimentary storage of your packages for 60 days, and after this period, the items will be automatically discarded from the warehouse, unless specified otherwise in your membership plan or a mutually agreed written contract between you and EuropaForwards

Combine & Re-Packaging:
For a nominal fee of €2+VAT per package, the combine & Re-Packaging service allows us to remove the original packaging from your ordered items and consolidate them into a single package. By merging your packages, we eliminate the need for individual shipping fees for each item, potentially reducing the overall size of the shipments and saving you money on international shipping from our warehouse to your destination.- Package Consolidation:
With our package consolidation service, we combine your packages into one airway bill while retaining the original packaging. This means that your packages may either remain separate from each other within the shipment or be combined into one box, preserving their original packaging. Consolidation and Combine & Re-Packaging Process:
The process for ordering multiple items, consolidating or repackaging them, and combining them into a single shipment is straightforward:
1.Your first parcel arrives at the warehouse, initiating the 60-day period for package holding.
2.Subsequent packages from different retailers arrive, and we securely hold them until all your orders are received.
3.Our team carefully consolidates or repackaging your items, ensuring they are safe and suitable for international shipping. For combine & Re-Packaging, your items will be repackaged into one larger package, while consolidation maintains the original packaging.
4.You will be notified when the consolidation or Re-Packaging is complete. At this point, you can log in to your account to select your preferred courier and pay any additional costs, if applicable.
5.Your package is then shipped with the chosen courier and delivered to your doorstep, saving you on shipping expenses.
While holding your items for 60 days is free, and after this period, your items/ package will be automatically discarded from the warehouses , or unless otherwise specified in your membership plan or a mutually agreed written contract pre agreed between both the parties, (registered user / consumers and EuropaForwards).
