Our dedicated team carefully opens each package, inspects its condition, and records essential details such as name, quantity, and assign Harmonized System (HS) Codes. This information is promptly updated in your customer account, allowing you to stay informed about the status of your items. With this knowledge, you can confidently decide whether to proceed with forwarding or initiate a return.
For Premium and above Membership Package holders (excluding DropShipment), we go a step further. We automatically open and photograph your incoming packages, capturing images of the label and the items inside. This additional level of scrutiny ensures that any potential issues are promptly identified, and the integrity of your packaging is maintained to safeguard the contents ensuring that your items remain secure throughout the shipping process.
Should you require even more detailed visuals of your received items, we’ve got you covered. Simply request the Detailed Picture Option in your customer account, and we will provide you with the necessary images. These photographs will be securely stored in your account, allowing you to conveniently compare the condition of your items before and after receipt.
